A late night (but light) snack...ie around 10pm...to go with a cold Hak Kow (good ole Guiness) is a tow foo with pickled onions and cucumber..yummy! and the ever light and refreshing fu yeong tarn (can't really call it omelette coz thats a different taste).
The chinese omelette has char siew slices and choong (spring onion leaves) ...harrr...just right to remove that peckish mouthful sensation...before bedtime....cheers!
